FAQ

How do I measure for a hat size?

When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. Most of our hats are One Size Fits Most with adjustable headband to make smaller if needed.

To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. Please see our Size Chart.

 

How long for delivery of my hat?

Our In Stock Items ships within 3-5 days. Pre orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom made hat orders can take up to 4 weeks. Please know that every effort is made to get your hat to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to several countries , you can add your desired products to your cart and proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection. 

How much is shipping?

For purchases under $150 shipping charge is $11.95.  Shipping is free with purchases over $150.00

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for our Ready to Ship collection. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Additional shipping cost apply

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Animo Hat Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
